About
Join me for an achievable short and effective yoga practice. The Five Tibetan Rites are known as The Fountain of Youth. The Five Tibetan Rites are an ancient yoga practice that consists of a sequence of five exercises performed 21 times. I suggest starting the practice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning when you get out of bed. Start with three of each and build up to 21 over 4 or 5 months. You may be able for more, but this is about organ energy, not physical ability. All breathing during the rites must be in through your nose. Try to keep your breathing calm, deep and focused. They only take about 10 to 15 minutes out of your day. These exercises are specifically chosen to harmonize and balance the energy centers or chakras of the subtle body. They help to attract more energy giving us the experience of increased wellness. Improvements seen: increased vitality, deeper sleep, joints and spine feel more supple. Eyes, senses, organs work better and energy replaces fatigue. For further reading check out: The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth by Peter Kelde Blessings, Susan
