PROJECT: The project component of this training consists of 5 community hours -“Yoga off the Mat”. It may be individual or group-based. We will discuss this more during the training. The project is to be completed within 5 weeks of finishing the Teacher Training Program.

Developing a self yoga practice is very important to teaching yoga. Discipline and effort are essential in maintaining a self-practice. We learn so much about ourselves and about yoga through our direct experience practicing yoga. You will be encouraged to establish a daily yoga practice and keep a weekly practice log.
