Developing a self yoga practice is very important to teaching yoga. Discipline and effort are essential in maintaining a self-practice. We learn so much about ourselves and about yoga through our direct experience practicing yoga. You will be encouraged to establish a daily yoga practice and keep a weekly practice log.
