An immersion for women in midlife.

Join me for an in-depth online yoga experience.  


4 week program 1 weekend (10 hours); 4 evenings (3-hours each gathering). 

A total of 22 hours of learning and self-development.

What you will learn:

-Yoga techniques to awaken your senses and tap into your life force.  

-A renewed sense of flow, creativity & energy. 

-Asana, yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama. 

-Journaling & self-study.

-Practices to clear energy blockages in the subtle body.  

-Connection & community for like-minded women. 

It's a special program for women in midlife experiencing perimenopause and menopause or feelings of low energy, low mood, overwhelm, anxiety and burn-out who want to feel a sense of joy, energy and creativity again.


Continuing education credits available for Yoga professionals.  Kosha Yoga Shala is a registered yoga school.
