Yoga & Embodied practice – a space to land

 

Yoga, meditation and somatic practices that invite you to land in your body, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself – through breath, movement and silence, in a safe and sensual space.

 

I offer courses and workshops in yoga and somatic practice, with a focus on presence, regulation and bodily grounding. The practice is calm, accessible and adapted, and is suitable for those who want a practice with less performance and more inner listening.

 

The courses and workshops may include:
  • Calm, therapeutically inspired yoga with a focus on breath and presence

  • Somatic movement and embodied practice at a slow pace

  • Breathing and simple regulatory breathing techniques

  • Meditation, stillness and guided mindfulness

  • Time for integration and rest

 

The teaching is rooted in an understanding of the body–mind–nervous system, and the practice is shaped by the needs of the group and what is alive in the moment.

 

The courses run over several weeks and allow for in-depth study and continuity. The workshops offer a concentrated entry into the practice, either as an introduction or as an in-depth study around a specific topic.
