"Kosha Yoga Shala is the best place to learn and practice yoga in a serene and warm atmosphere. Susan is a dedicated practitioner herself and has an holistic approach in her teachings."

Playful Fiona

Susan's calm presence, warmth, and depth of knowledge create a feeling of being truly held — both in the room and within oneself. She communicates with clarity and care, guiding participants skillfully through the technical aspects of the practices while also offering an accessible introduction to the philosophy and deeper meaning behind yoga.

Susan has a beautiful ability to see each person individually and adapt the practice to meet everyone's needs and energy on any given day. Her teaching invites both presence and connection, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration.

Highly recommended.✨️"
