I invite you to join me at Kosha Yoga Shala for courses in ashtanga yoga, yin yoga & restorative yoga. You can choose from a private 1:1 yoga session or register for one of my yoga courses or workshops. I teach yoga in small groups of 6 students. This allows me to get to know you and your needs - it allows me to offer personalized follow-up, guidance, and support.
I teach in both Norwegian and English.

Yoga Teacher Training 200-hours
STEP into your LIGHT
This 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training is registered through the Yoga Alliance. It is taught in both English and Norwegian and will give you time and space to delve deeper into yoga.
Over the course of 6 months, we will gather at the shala one weekend every month. You will learn to teach the fundamentals of yoga including asana, pranayama, mantra, visualization, and meditation through the asana method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. You will learn how to approach yoga asana in a holistic manner, learning modifications for all levels and bodies while learning to see each student as unique.
Students will learn how to set up flow sequences and restorative practices to add balance.
This teacher training approaches the teaching of yoga with a sensitivity that each persons life experiences are unique and valuable. We will delve into yoga anatomy and the subtle body of the chakras and koshas, as well as theory, and yoga philosophy. We will also discuss discernment on the path.
The intention of this training is to offer an intimate and unique learning experience. We are limiting the enrollment to 6 spots.

Breathe & Let Go
My Breathe and Let Go sessions are a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. We use bolsters, blankets and other props to support your body in positions that will help sooth your nervous system and relax your mind. This pracitice is wonderful if you are experiencing low energy and feel exhausted - you will leave feeling centered and renewed.
I offer workshops and 1:1 sessions.

Perfect for students looking to establish their own yoga practice. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a beautiful healing system. I teach ashtanga vinyasa yoga with an attitude and approach that ashtanga yoga is for every "body" and can be modified to fit all seasons of a persons life. I meet you where you are and help you modify the practice to fit your needs, energy level, and body.
